The Adizes Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a practical, experience-based course designed for university students to strengthen personal effectiveness and collaborative leadership skills. Through a blended format of online modules, facilitated sessions, and applied projects, participants learn to understand managerial roles, work efficiently in teams, make informed decisions, and anticipate organizational challenges. Based on the Adizes Methodology (PAEI roles, CAPI®, and Organizational Lifecycles), the program equips students with actionable tools to improve leadership performance and contribute meaningfully to any organizational environment.
